Associate Consultant - Operations Automotive / Industrials - Value Chain

Reports To: Director of Operations

Join a leading manufacturer of industrial pumps and valves as our Plant Manager , overseeing all aspects of production, safety, quality, and efficiency. You’ll lead a talented team, drive continuous improvement, and ensure on‑time delivery of precision‑engineered products for global customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily manufacturing operations (production, maintenance, quality, logistics).
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards (OSHA, ISO, API).
• Optimize production schedules, costs, and efficiency through lean principles.
• Develop and mentor supervisors, engineers, and production teams.
• Drive process improvements, reduce waste, and support new product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 8+ years in plant or operations management—experience in pumps, valves, or precision machining preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and ERP systems.
