We are looking for a Platform Engineer (f/m/d) to join our team and lead the development of AI-driven agentic systems that autonomously enhance decision-making, automation, and workflow optimization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing and building intelligent agentic solutions capable of operating independently within business processes, driving efficiency, and enabling smart, data-informed decision-making.

What you’ll be doing

• Design and develop AI-powered agentic systems that enable automation and autonomous decision-making, driving business process optimization
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to enhance agentic behavior by integrating advanced machine learning models and continuously refining agent performance
• Optimize agentic system architectures to ensure they are scalable, adaptable, and robust, supporting high-performance and seamless integration within business processes
• Ensure smooth communication between AI agents and other automation components, facilitating interoperability across systems
• Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-driven agentic systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing continuous optimization
• Stay current with the latest advancements in AI agents, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems, applying cutting-edge innovations to improve agent capabilities
• Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for agentic systems, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and robustness before deployment

What you bring

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or agentic system development, with a focus on creating intelligent, autonomous solutions
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and system engineering
• Deep expertise in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and autonomous AI frameworks, with a proven track record of applying these technologies to real-world challenges
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other leading AI/ML development tools
• Hands-on experience with AI-driven decision-making systems, including the development of chatbots and autonomous workflow automation
