Platform Engineer (f/m/d) Agentic

What you’ll be doing:

1. Design and develop AI-powered agentic systems that enable automation and autonomous decision-making, driving business process optimization.
2. Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to enhance agentic behavior by integrating advanced machine learning models and continuously refining agent performance.
3. Optimize agentic system architectures to ensure they are scalable, adaptable, and robust, supporting high-performance and seamless integration within business processes.
4. Ensure smooth communication between AI agents and other automation components, facilitating interoperability across systems.
5. Monitor and analyze the performance of AI-driven agentic systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing continuous optimization.
6. Stay current with the latest advancements in AI agents, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent systems, applying cutting-edge innovations to improve agent capabilities.
7. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies for agentic systems, ensuring reliability, accuracy, and robustness before deployment.

What you bring:

1. 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, automation, or agentic system development, with a focus on creating intelligent, autonomous solutions.
2. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in AI, Computer Science, or a closely related field, with a strong foundation in artificial intelligence and system engineering.
3. Deep expertise in multi-agent systems, reinforcement learning, and autonomous AI frameworks, with a proven track record of applying these technologies to real-world challenges.
4. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, and experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other leading AI/ML development tools.
5. Hands-on experience with AI-driven decision-making systems, including the development of chatbots and autonomous workflow automation.
