As our infrastructure scales and our engineering team grows, we're looking for someone who bridges the gap between system reliability and developer experience . You'll be responsible for making sure our production runs smoothly – and our engineers love working on it .

What you’ll do

• Own and evolve our observability stack (Grafana, Prometheus, Sentry, etc.)


• Ensure our systems are performant, reliable, and scalable (AWS Fargate, Postgres, BullMQ, Supabase, etc.)


• Continuously improve internal developer workflows (Monorepo setup, CI/CD, local dev, testing)


• Evaluate and introduce new tools (e.g., AI-based dev tools) in a thoughtful and pragmatic way


• Work closely with engineering and product to proactively detect bottlenecks and drive improvements

What we’re looking for

• Experience running and maintaining production systems at scale ️


• Strong background in observability, reliability, and incident response


• Passion for developer tooling and internal workflows


• Pragmatic approach to adopting new technologies and improving existing ones


• Nice to have: Experience with Supabase and AI-based dev tooling
