The project iRLM rollout readiness is taking care of the preparation of iRLM rollout. Concentrating on technic and building of smart meters, processes and systems as well as on the rollout readiness within the DSOs iRLM project sets all relevant and necessary milestones needed for this regulatory obligation.

• Track of a detailed project plan for sub project "systems and processes" with clear milestones and timelines
• Derivation of roadmapping for 2026 for sub project
• Demand & backlog management process definition
• Setup and monitoring of collaboration tools (e.g. Jira , Confluence )
• Coordination between cross functional teams (e.g. hardware, IT, operations)
• Ensure allocation of resources to process and system demands
• Provide project mgmt and methods to sub project "systems and processes"
• Provide a proper demand mgmt documentation to sub project "systems and processes"
• Ongoing status tracking and enable resolutions to issues in sub project "systems and processes"
• Development of decision processes and papers in this sub project
• Identification of potential risks and mitigation strategies in sub project "systems and processes"
• Implementation of contingency plans for project roadblocks for sub project "systems and processes"
