PMO (Project Management Office) Tools Engineer (automation, AI) (m/f/d)
Your Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions for PMO processes and toolchains
Configure, customize, and optimize Jira and Confluence to support project and portfolio management workflows
Create and maintain an PMO-AI strategy and AI use cases for the PMO Team and train the team
Develop scripts, integrations, and connectors using REST APIs (Jira, Confluence, Office 365, etc.)
Implement workflow automation across tasks and processes
Maintain and enhance PMO tooling landscape, ensuring stability, performance, and usability
Support users with tooling expertise, troubleshooting, and best practice guidance
Collaborate with PMO, IT, and engineering teams to translate process flows into technical solutions
Keep up to date with industry PMO tooling trends

Your Qualifications
Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field
Experience in PMO environments, project management tooling, or enterprise tool administration is beneficial
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
Advanced English and German language skills
Experience with Office 365 automation & Atlassian Tools (Jira and Confluence)
Experience with CoPilot, AI tooling
Proficiency in scripting languages, Python preferred
