We are currently looking for a Polish-speaking Marketing Optimization Specialist to join Cognizants multilingual team in this role you will act as a Subject Matter Expert for AdWords campaign optimization supporting high-value advertising clients and helping them achieve the best performance on their campaigns.

You’ll receive comprehensive training and work in a fast-paced international environment alongside one of the worlds leading online companies.

Responsibilities

• Implement optimization solutions and build AdWords campaigns for high-value customers
• Create keyword packs bids and budget recommendations
• Gather and analyze data at account and campaign level
• Create reports to support optimization strategies
• Use optimization techniques aligned with clients goals across Search GSN Mobile and YouTube
• Identify opportunities to improve performance and support sales teams in client discussions
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures
• Deliver outstanding customer service to Account Leads

Requirements

• Fluent in Polish and English (both written and spoken)
• Experience in digital marketing client service or account management
• Google Ads certification preferred
• Experience working in a B2B digital environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with great attention to detail
• Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new tools and processes
• A proactive quality-focused and collaborative mindset
