In this engaging role, you will be the go-to person for Polish-speaking gamers, assisting them with their inquiries and ensuring they have the best experience possible.

Key Responsibilities

Provide enthusiastic and friendly support to Polish-speaking customers through email only
Assist gamers with inquiries related to their gaming experiences, game features, and account management
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently, ensuring smooth gameplay
Document customer interactions and feedback to continually improve our support services
Collaborate with the gaming development teams to relay customer insights and enhance gaming experiences
Stay updated on the latest gaming trends and product updates to provide knowledgeable support

Requirements

Fluency in Polish (spoken and written) is essential; English skills are a plus
Previous experience in customer support or gaming-related roles is highly desirable
Strong communication skills with a knack for empathizing and connecting with customers
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment
