Portfolio Change Analyst / Portfolio Analyst (m/w/d)

That’s where you come in: As a Portfolio Change Analyst / Portfolio Analyst (m/f/d) you are a core part of the Portfolio Team and combines portfolio analysis, planning, and hands‑on implementation of pricing and portfolio‑related initiatives.

YOUR FUTURE WORK TASKS

• You plan, prepare and implementprice changes, tariff adjustments and portfolio transfers .
• You translate business and actuarial requirements into concrete implementation and configuration concepts .
• You analyse and monitor portfolio KPIs and derive actions that are relevant for execution
• You take ownership of the quality, preparation and timely delivery of bordereaux data , coordinate related processes with internal and external partners, and actively resolve data discrepancies .
• You work closely with the Pricing Team , supporting the configuration of pricing logics
• You coordinate with internal teams such as Product, Operations, Sales and IT, as well as with external partners (e.g. insurers, platforms)
• You ensure consistent data and process logic across multiple systems
• You prepare decision documents, implementation plans and presentations for internal stakeholders
• You actively contribute to projects that optimise our portfolios operationally and make them scalable.

WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU

• You hold a completed degree or comparable qualification , e.g. in Business, Finance, Economics, Business Informatics, Data Analytics or a related field
  (a mathematical or actuarial background is a plus, but not required)
• You've got a strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on, implementation‑oriented approach.
• You ideally have experience in the insurance, InsurTech, financial services, platform or consulting environment.
• You understand processes, data flows and system dependencies.
• You work confidently with Excel ; knowledge of SQL, Python or similar tools is a plus
• You work in a structured, independent and solution‑oriented way
• You communicate clearly and enjoy collaborating with different stakeholders
• You have very good written and spoken English (German is a plus)
