We are looking for you We are hiring a Portfolio Manager -Advanced Fixed Income (f/m/d). The position is based in our Frankfurt office. 

Within this exciting role you will join a team of experts managing fixed income portfolios. You will span a broad range of responsibilities from fixed income related research and enhancing the investment process to managing our fixed income portfolios. This is a great moment to join our team as we are further developing our business footprint globally.

What you will do

• Portfolio Management of Fixed Income funds according to the Advanced Fixed Income investment processes
• Development and enhancement of investment processes and strategies
• Programming (simulation tools, quantitative models, databases)
• Presentation and reporting of fund performance, strategy, and positioning

What you bring 

• Excellent academic degree with quantitative focus (e.g. Finance, Mathematics, Physics, IT or Engineering), PhD preferred
• Several years of work experience within a Central Bank or in an investment position as Portfolio Manager or an academic research experience are requested
• Very good statistical/ econometrics skills (parametric/ non-parametric and linear/ non-linear econometrics, optimization methods)
• Experience with macroeconomic modelling very useful
• Excellent programming and Cloud skills: Python and SQL. Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, Docker is very useful
• Fluent in English both written and verbal
• Very high reliability and capacity to get things done and working well under pressure
• Great team player
