Portuguese Life Customer Support Representative

We are seeking a skilled German-speaking customer service representative to join our team in Alcântara, Lisbon. This is an exciting opportunity to live and work in Portugal and contribute to the success of a leading video streaming platform.

Our relocation package includes:

• Bureaucratic support to obtain NIF and NISS
• Assistance in finding housing according to your needs

The ideal candidate will have:

• Fluent German language skills
• Minimum B2 English level
• EU ID
• Residence card
• Certificate of Protection (issued later than March 2022)

We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including a base salary without experience of up to 15,260/year and a possible signing bonus of 2,000.
