Your Role

We’re looking for a PMI Manager (m/f/d) to help strengthen collaboration and alignment across our growing group of companies. You’ll work on key cross‑functional projects that bring structure, consistency, and scalability to how our businesses operate together. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll coordinate initiatives, streamline processes, and support leadership teams in driving impact across multiple markets. Over time, you’ll have the opportunity to grow into a regional leadership role as we continue expanding across Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and drive cross‑company projects that align business operations and processes across the group
  • Support the rollout of shared tools, systems, and best practices in collaboration with Tech, Operations, and Finance teams
  • Prepare and maintain project trackers, milestones, and reports to ensure transparency and accountability
  • Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities across group functions
  • Facilitate communication between central teams and local management to ensure consistent implementation
  • Support strategic projects aimed at improving scalability, collaboration, and performance across markets
  • Build strong working relationships with company leaders and internal stakeholders
  • Travel to company locations (typically 8‑12 days per month)

What You Bring

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in post‑merger integration, PMO, consulting, or business operations
  • Experience working in fast‑scaling environments, ideally in startups or consulting firms (e.g., Big 4, Private Equity…)
  • Strong project management and coordination skills, with attention to detail
  • Ability to communicate clearly and manage multiple stakeholders
  • A hands‑on, proactive mindset and comfort operating in ambiguity
  • Fluency in English; German is a plus
  • Affinity with logistics, mobility, or related industries is an advantage
