As a (Junior) Conversion Rate Optimization Manager at Sonova, you will own, optimize, and personalize digital experiences to boost conversion rates across journeys. You will partner with UI/UX specialists, developers, and analysts to spot and fix user pain points effectively. Additionally, you will run A/B tests, share insights with Marketing and Country teams, and track KPIs for global products.
