PR & Influencer Senior Marketing Specialist (DACH Market)

Overview

We’re looking for an experienced marketing professional to help grow our brand presence in the DACH region. If you have a passion for technology, excellent PR and influencer marketing experience, and a deep understanding of local media and social trends, join us to make an impact in Europe!

Responsibilities

• PR & Brand Communications — Develop and execute PR strategies for the European market, covering product launches, media relations, and industry events. Craft compelling press releases and brand stories tailored to the German-speaking audience. Coordinate and manage publication timelines and content approvals.
• Influencer & KOL Marketing — Build and maintain a network of tech KOLs in the DACH region (e.g., YouTube reviewers, Instagram tech influencers). Plan high-impact collaborations such as reviews, unboxing videos, and live events, ensuring compliance with EU advertising regulations.
• Social Media Management — Lead content strategy for key German-language social platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook). Localize global brand messaging to resonate with the DACH audience while maintaining brand consistency. Monitor market sentiment, analyze competitor activities, and optimize social communication plans.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration — Work closely with European marketing teams and HQ in China to ensure alignment with global strategies. Support local sales teams by turning marketing campaigns into offline retail and e-commerce growth.

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of PR or influencer marketing experience in the technology/electronics industry focused on the European market.
• Strong network and understanding of the European tech KOL ecosystem.
• Expertise in social media platforms, algorithms, and content trends (e.g., YouTube SEO, Instagram Reels).
• Solid knowledge of EU advertising regulations (e.g., ASA, FTC compliance).
• Data-driven approach with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

Fluent in German and English (working proficiency required).
