Praktikant (m/w/d) Launch Systems Engineering

Your Tasks

• Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Projektteams zur Definition und Festlegung von Anforderungen für Arbeitspakete
• Klare, strukturierte und normgerechte Dokumentation von Arbeitspaketen und technischen Anforderungen gemäß Unternehmensstandards
• Konstruktion und Analyse zentraler Teilsysteme von Startrampen und Testständen sowie der Schnittstellen zur Rakete oder zum Triebwerk (z. B. mechanische, fluidische und elektrische Systeme)
• Mitwirkung an der Entwicklung von Startsystemen über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Konzeptphase bis zur Fertigung (End-to-End)
• Integration, Inbetriebnahme und Fehlersuche an mechanischen, elektrischen, pneumatischen und hydraulischen Systemen
• Durchführung praktischer Tests, Auswertung von Messdaten und Analyse der Ergebnisse

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik oder einer vergleichbaren Ingenieurdisziplin
• Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Arbeit an komplexen, interdisziplinären Projekten (z. B. in Studierenden-Raketen- oder Motorsportteams)
• Fähigkeit, das Gesamtsystem und die unterschiedlichen Komplexitätsebenen von Startanlagensystemen zu erfassen
• Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und sicheres Priorisieren mehrerer Aufgaben
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit P&IDs, KiCAD oder Programmierkenntnisse (z. B. Excel VBA, Python, Matlab) sind von Vorteil
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit CAD-Konstruktion, bevorzugt mit Siemens
• Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Praktische Erfahrung im Umgang mit Werkzeugen und Geräten in Labor- oder Fertigungsumgebungen
• Aktive Beteiligung oder Mitgliedschaft in einem studentischen Raketen-Team ist ein großer Pluspunkt
