Our team at BMW Group shapes the transformation of logistics projects in Munich. During your internship, you will contribute to implementing innovative logistics solutions for the vehicle launch of the Neue Klasse.

What to expect?

• Support provisioning and supply planning as well as logistics structure planning and site logistics at the Munich site for the Neue Klasse vehicle launch.
• Participate in shaping and supporting the rollout of autonomous transport systems for the Neue Klasse vehicle launch.
• Assist in developing logistics concepts such as process planning, container planning, shelf planning and layout planning, applying Lean and WPS principles.
• Support the operational implementation of newly planned logistics processes in assembly and logistics.
• Assist in monitoring key business metrics.
• Contribute to the preparation, execution, and evaluation of tests and commissioning of autonomous transport systems on site.
• Help create meaningful presentations, reports and documentation to transparently communicate project results.

What you bring

• Engineering or business studies, ideally with a focus on logistics.
• Enthusiasm for innovative technologies and the digitization of logistics processes.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and Word.
• Team and communication skills.
• Confident demeanor and goal orientation.
• Prior Automotive industry knowledge is a plus.
• Good German and English language skills.
