During the internship in the local HR department in Regensburg, you will be part of our HR team and support both the HR Business Partners and student support in various day‑to‑day tasks.

Prerequisite: proof of enrollment at the time of internship. Position to be filled from February 2026 for a duration of 6 months.

Deine Aufgaben

• Support the operational work of HR management and HR development topics (e.g., transfers, role changes, voluntary program)
• Self‑directed HR administrative handling of all student employment relationships such as internships, working student activities and graduation projects as well as staff master data upkeep
• Preparation and administration of job postings in close collaboration with the central recruiting department
• Support in handling foreign‑related tasks (e.g., independent handling of residence and work permits, monthly reporting, checking employment possibilities)
• Creation and revision of presentations, documents and letters
• Involvement in special topics and projects (events for student employees, employer branding measures and events under the corporate health management)

Dein Profil

• University degree in business administration, pedagogy, communication studies or comparable field
• Fluent German and very good English skills in written and spoken form
• Secure handling of MS Office applications
• First experience in the HR field is desirable
• High commitment, flexibility, teamwork, organisational and communication skills
