For our Business Services division, we are looking for you to start as soon as possible as a Praktikant / Werkstudent User Experience (w/m/d) .

What to Expect

User Experience Design – Support our UX team in developing and implementing user-centered projects and products. Collaborate closely with developers and designers to ensure designs are technically feasible and user-friendly.

Focus Areas – Conduct user research and usability tests to gather insights for product improvement. Create and maintain wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize design ideas.

What You Bring

Studying (Media) Informatics, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or a related field.
Interest in User Experience and Usability, with some practical experience from internships, working student roles, or projects.
Understanding of user-centered innovation, with basic knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methods. Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Figma) and data analysis/visualization.
Excellent German and English skills.
Strong communication skills for moderating interviews, usability tests, and workshops. Ability to challenge conventional thinking to understand core problems and develop innovative solutions for optimal user experiences.
