Für den Bereich Digital Printing & Solutions suchen wir für die Region Nord/Ost Ihre qualifizierte und engagierte Unterstützung als Business Consultant (m/w/d) PreSales (Workspace) .

Responsibilities

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Sales Management, um Kundenanforderungen in Bezug auf Outputmanagement, Input Management und Managed Print Services zu erkennen und eine entsprechende ganzheitliche Lösung zu entwickeln und anzubieten
• Analyse der Geschäftsprozesse innerhalb der Geschäftsbereiche, in denen die Lösungen eingesetzt werden sollen, sowie exakte Verarbeitung und Dokumentation der technischen Kundenanforderungen
• Planung, Installation und Betreuung von Pilotinstallationen (Proof of Concept) der Lösungen innerhalb der PreSales Phase
• Kalkulation und Präsentation von Lösungskonzepten bei Kunden
• Effiziente Steuerung von Kundenprojekten unter Anwendung von Kontrollmechanismen- und Instrumenten
• Erkennen weiterer Möglichkeiten, das Geschäft des Kunden zu entwickeln
• Eigenverantwortliche Durchführung von Trainings- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen

Qualifications

• Abgeschlossenes technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Hochschulstudium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
• Umfangreiches Wissen im Themenbereich Client-Server Betriebssysteme
• Profunde Erfahrung im Aufbau von Netzwerken, insbesondere Druckmanagement
• Hervorragende analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Projektmanagement Know-how, sowie hohe Kunden-/Serviceorientierung und Engagement
• Überdurchschnittliche Belastbarkeit sowie hohe Einsatz- und Reisebereitschaft
• Organisationstalent
• Belastbar im Sinne von Reisetätigkeiten und arbeiten unter Termindruck
• Sehr gutes Englisch in Wort und Schrift
• Starker Teamgeist
• Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke
• Hohe Flexibilität
• Motivation an wechselnden Herausforderungen
