Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer (Europe Roadshow Project)

We are seeking a highly capable Pre-Sales Technical Support Engineer to join our Europe Roadshow Project Team. This role is responsible for delivering on‑site technical support, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with customers across multiple European cities. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, customer‑oriented, and comfortable working in dynamic, field‑based environments.

Key Responsibilities

Support the European roadshow project by performing product setup, installation, configuration, testing, and basic maintenance at each tour stop.
Deliver professional product demonstrations, explaining product features, applications, and usage to prospective customers.
Collaborate closely with the sales team to enhance customer engagement and drive on‑site conversion.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to ensure smooth on‑site operations.
Gather customer feedback, usage insights, and market observations; provide actionable input to product and marketing teams.
Manage demo units, technical equipment, and related materials throughout the tour.
Travel across various European cities as required by the project schedule.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Automation, IT, or related disciplines preferred.
1–3 years of experience in technical support, field service, pre‑sales engineering, or similar roles.
Strong hands‑on capability and familiarity with hardware setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with confidence in interacting with diverse customer groups.
Proficiency in both German and English for professional communication.
Willingness to travel frequently and work in fast‑paced, on‑site environments.
Strong problem‑solving skills, customer focus, and a proactive working attitude.
