Pricing Analyst - Payroll (Builder) (m/w/d)

Lano is a global payroll orchestration platform enabling companies to standardize and manage multi-country payroll operations through a unified technology layer.

Pricing Analyst (m/w/d) to build and maintain a scalable pricing framework across markets, translate partner cost variability into consistent pricing, and ensure clean execution in our quoting workflows.

Main Tasks:

• Build and refine pricing models across countries and services; support pricing experiments (tiers/bundles/add-ons)
• Collect, validate, and normalize vendor cost inputs; monitor changes and margin impact
• Create clear pricing guidelines, discount guardrails, and support non-standard deal structuring
• Build dashboards and reporting to monitor margins, pricing consistency, and country profitability
• Partner with RevOps to embed pricing logic into Salesforce/quoting workflows; document and QA changes

Your Profile:

• 3–6 years experience in pricing, commercial analytics, strategic finance, or RevOps
• Strong Excel/Sheets modeling skills; working knowledge of SQL and/or Python
• Experience with BI tools (Looker/Tableau/Power BI/Metabase or similar)
• Comfortable collaborating with Sales, Finance, Partnerships, and Product
• Salesforce/CPQ familiarity is a plus
