Pricing Manager

As a Pricing Manager, you will drive the harmonization of pricing processes, tools, and data to support the integration of a new product portfolio into the existing business infrastructure. You will be responsible for ensuring business continuity while leading organizational enablement for operational pricing.

Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership:

Execute and lead pricing operations for global product portfolios, ensuring stakeholders are equipped to manage pricing approvals and regional requirements. Process Harmonization:

Partner with cross-functional teams to align and improve pricing workflows, including the management and communication of global price lists. Analytics & Strategy:

Own the pricing analytics roadmap, developing deep-dive reports to identify margin leakage and creating tools such as deal evaluation calculators. Business Partnering:

Act as a strategic "sparring partner" to the organization, driving price increase processes and executing workstreams to advance pricing excellence.

Your Profile Education:

Master’s degree or Diploma in Business, Mathematics, Statistics, or Life Sciences. Experience:

1–3 years of relevant professional experience in a project lead capacity within a business environment. Technical Proficiency:

Advanced skills in Excel (VBA), Power BI, ERP, and CRM systems. Analytical Mindset:

Proven ability to model large datasets, interpret complex analyses within a business context, and solve problems with an entrepreneurial approach. Communication:

Strong ability to maneuver through different organizational levels and motivate cross-functional teams. Requirements:

Fluency in English and a willingness to travel internationally between key office locations.

Salary on offer: €80,000 -€100,000 + 10% bonus Location: Munich, DE
