Our mission is to foster collaboration, innovation, and success through a dynamic online and offline network, a comprehensive resource hub, engaging events, and thought leadership initiatives.

Tasks

As an event volunteer , your main focus will be on promoting our events online and assisting with event organisation. Responsibilities include:

• Event Promotion: Support our communications team by creating and sharing content on social media, engaging with the community, and helping boost event visibility.
• Event Organisation: Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing both virtual and in-person events.
• Community Engagement: Interact with attendees online, help answer questions, and keep the energy high before and during events.
• Speaker & Session Support: Coordinate with speakers, support logistics, and help sessions run smoothly.
• Digital Resource Management: Help organise and share materials like event schedules, speaker bios and more
• Organise Events on site - booking the hotel for our speakers, venues

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Motivated, reliable individuals who are passionate about women’s empowerment and business
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude
• Interest or experience in social media and digital communication
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Fluent or proficient in written and spoken English (our working language)
• Familiarity with tools like Zoom, Canva, or Instagram is a plus, but not required
