Principal Data Consultant

SoftServe is looking for an experienced
Principal/Lead Data Technology Consultant
to guide our clients on their data journey and drive strategic initiatives. If you are a subject matter expert in data-related matters, stay updated with the latest trends, and can inspire others to become more data-driven, then you belong with us.

YOU ARE

A subject matter expert in data-related matters, stay updated with the latest trends, and can inspire others to become more data-driven, then you belong with us.

You have extensive experience in:

• Building large-scale Data Platforms and decision-support systems
  , with a proven track record of success in delivering Big-Data & Analytics solutions.
• Being responsible for
  eliciting requirements, translating them into project proposals
  , and presenting your recommendations and proposals in business value and technology terms at all levels (up to CxO).
• Collaborating in cross-functional teams
  and providing subject-matter-expert leadership in highly complex Data & Analytics projects.
• At least one of the major cloud providers and/or Data & Analytics software vendors:
  AWS, GCP, Azure, Nvidia, Databricks, Snowflake
  , etc.
• Identifying opportunities for technology prototypes
  and using our technology capabilities to implement them.
• Working in an
  international environment
  with excellent communication skills in
  English and German (verbal/written)
  .

Additionally, you will bring:

• Leading strategic initiatives
  and creating solution-oriented strategies for complex business problems for recognized brands.
• Developing and enhancing technology advisory offerings in
  data analytics
  .
• Driving
  data-driven transformations
  by integrating modern capabilities.
• Building
  trusted relationships
  with senior client stakeholders.
• Providing
  thought leadership
  in data and analytics technologies.
• Determining Softserve's
  strategic investments
  in Data and Analytics.
• Driving internal accelerators and strategic partnerships.

Nice-to-haves:

• Extensive experience working within
  IT or management consulting
• Experience in
  presales and client-facing roles
  .
• Ability to run
  client workshops and executive briefings
  .
• Awareness of available partnerships and solution accelerators within the SoftServe portfolio to provide customers with the most relevant solutions and platforms.
