How you can contribute

Design system architectures and technical specifications across our products
Develop technical roadmaps based on requirements from our innovation team
Support in hiring and mentoring colleagues (you will have your own team)
Implement AI solutions in products or workflows
Work closely with the founding team to standardize technologies across our product portfolio

Skills / Qualifications

Professional experience in frontend and/or backend development using modern web technologies, SPA frameworks, and object-oriented programming
Database design and optimization expertise (Supabase, SQL, MongoDb)
Experience in requirements engineering and understanding customer needs
Understanding of design systems and accessibility standards
Knowledge of HTTP REST/RPC interfaces and common documentation formats (Swagger/OpenAPI)
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Notion or Linear) and agile methodologies
