Principal/ Lead Test Engineer - Nuremberg (f/m/d)

Responsibilities:

1. Use appropriate tools and techniques to support the client’s development across different technology stacks.
2. Implement and promote the client’s testing strategy by engaging with the wider testing community internally to share knowledge.
3. Continuously improve the quality of the client’s solution delivery.
4. Mentor other software testing engineers across teams as needed.
5. Apply good to expert-level understanding of Continuous Integration (CI) principles.
6. Design and architect solutions for performance testing, component-level testing, stubbing, and monitoring.
7. Identify shortcomings in tooling and enhance automation levels through improved tooling.
8. Possess good to expert-level knowledge of C# and the ability to quickly familiarize with new technologies.
9. Utilize testing tools at all levels of the testing pyramid and in testing data pipelines for transforming raw data into cleaned/aggregated data.
10. Have knowledge of Application Lifecycle Management, including relevant tooling and programming/scripting languages.
11. Experience in building cloud-based applications, using non-functional test tools like JMeter, Blazemeter, etc., and working with Git, Linux, and Windows environments.
