Key Responsibilities :

• Identify customer technical pain points.
• Work on RFQ technical requirements.
• Analyze product trends.
• Conduct market and product research .
• Support development of overseas sales strategies, and project management.
• Advanced knowledge of 12V-48V low‑voltage battery system technology.
• Understand the main functions of BMS and EE electrical components.
• Have project management experience and understanding of product development process.
• Solid business and technical English communication and writing skills.
• Monitoring project milestones, coordinate internal and external resources, and organize international meetings.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience Required :

• 3 years of working experience in the lithium‑ion traction battery industry.
• Familiar with the development, design, and manufacturing technology of traction batteries, and have scene of current development trends of lithium battery technology.
• Understanding of low‑voltage battery systems and BMS related technologies.
• Willing to be dispatched to work overseas.
• Strong communication skills, and able to use English as working language.
