YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

As a Private Client Manager, you will be part of our Prestige Team, dedicated to representing our Ultra‑Premium and Prestige brands. In this role, you are more than a trusted advisor for our High‑Net‑Worth Individuals (HNWIs) – you are a key architect of exceptional experiences and the success story behind iconic spirits, champagnes, and wines celebrated worldwide for craftsmanship and excellence in Germany.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Relationship Building at the Highest Level: Establish, nurture, and expand personal relationships with HNWIs, VICs, and key figures in the luxury ecosystem within Germany.
  • Direct Business Development: Design new access routes and direct sales strategies for Ultra‑Premium products, collectibles, and limited editions.
  • VIC Intelligence & Database Management: Build and maintain an exclusive database with qualified contacts, insights, and relationship histories.
  • Experience Design & Execution: Create and execute curated brand and sales experiences – from private tastings and dinners to tailor‑made events.
  • Commercial Impact: Drive sales of Ultra‑Premium products to HNWIs, achieving net sales targets and managing budget compliance.
  • Seamless Experience: Ensure a flawless brand journey from product discovery to exclusive delivery.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Head of Prestige, Brand Companies, and Local Prestige Marketing to align and execute individualized VIC activations.
  • Regional & International Synergy: Collaborate with the national Prestige Team and Private Client Managers across Western Europe to exchange best practices and create synergies.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and establish collaborations with luxury affinity partners (B2B) sharing similar target audiences.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or relationship management within luxury goods, fine wines, or premium spirits.
  • You embody authenticity, discretion, and confidence in exclusive circles.
  • You have ideally established relationships with HNWIs, collectors, or communities interested in Champagne, Whisky, or Cognac.
  • You are poised, persuasive, and naturally elegant in your interactions.
  • You combine conceptual vision with flawless execution.
  • You are capable of creating engaging, brand‑consistent activations.
  • You are fluent in German & English.
  • You are open to evening and weekend engagements as part of exclusive client experiences.
  • You are based in a major German city and willing to travel across Germany.
