Your mission

• You’ll work with our project teams at the intersection of Business, Data, and Technology
• You’ll support the analysis, visualization, and optimization of business processes – for example, using Process Mining, BI, or automation solutions
• You’ll accompany workshops and interviews to uncover potential in business processes
• You’ll help develop digital strategies and concrete recommendations for action
• You’ll contribute your ideas to internal innovation and development initiatives at H&Z.digital

Your profile

• A completed Master’s degree (Business, (Business) Informatics, Data Analytics, or comparable field)
• Initial experience from internships or working student positions in consulting, digitization, or data analysis
• Basic knowledge of data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Celonis, SQL, Python) is an advantage
• You work analytically and in a structured way, and you have a good sense for people and situations
• Fluent German and English skills
