Tasks:

• Operation of printing systems (mainly Inkjet) and supervising production
• Development and optimization of printing processes (roll-to-roll production)
• Continuous improvement and optimization of both printing systems

Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Physics, Chemistry (technical), Process Engineering, Nanomaterials, or similar
• Experience with thin-film solution processing and printing processes
• Ideally experience in flexible electronics and working with polymers
• C1 level in German and English (written and spoken
• Disciplined and precise working style
• Strong team and communication skills
• Initiative and commitment, willingness to learn
• Patience, perseverance, and resilience
• Analytical thinking for effective troubleshooting
