Process Engineer

Location: Berlin, Germany (Remote) Experience: 3+ years of experience in process engineering, preferably in oligonucleotide manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry. Role: Contract project based role up to 1 year. About the RoleThe Process Engineer will play a key part in supporting the production processes and expansion. You will support processes for high-quality oligonucleotide synthesis and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and compliant manufacturing workflows. You will support process troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives as well as ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory standards throughout all process activities. Requirements3+ years of experience in process engineering in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.BS Engineering or degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Biochemistry (or equivalent experience)Experience with oligonucleotide manufacturing.Strong knowledge of GMP’s, regulatory requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.Exceptional teamwork abilities.
