Process Design Lead

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Process Design Lead to join an exciting Greenfield Project in Germany. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a major strategic initiative within a dynamic and innovative organisation in the food manufacturing sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure all internal standards are understood and followed by module owners, consultants, contractors, and OEMs.
• Collaborate with external consultants to ensure designs meet applicable codes and standards.
• Integrate lessons learned into project design.
• Interface with OEMs, project personnel, and consultants to meet process design parameters.
• Support module owners throughout design phases, including NOC and RFI processes during construction.
• Coordinate and participate in design reviews with the project lead.
• Represent the company in clash detection meetings.
• Act as a key interface for the Project Lead.
• Prioritise and schedule design efforts to meet deliverables and project timelines.

Your Profile

• Strong engineering and technical background.
• Experience in F&B processing or FMCG is a plus.
• Proven project and change management skills.
• Ability to manage conflicting stakeholder interests and anticipate needs.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High attention to detail and discretion with confidential information.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and within a team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both German and English.
• Ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels.
