Job Scope

We are looking for an experienced Process Excellence Manager with a strong focus on quality management and operational excellence. In this role, you will analyze, optimize, and standardize business and production processes while ensuring effective quality control across the entire value chain.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including production, engineering, procurement, and logistics to drive sustainable improvements, strengthen quality standards, and support a culture of continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive process excellence by analysing and optimising business, production, and support processes using Lean, Six Sigma, and data‑driven methods
  • Identify waste, bottlenecks, and risks across the value chain through value stream mapping, capability analysis, and structured risk assessments
  • Develop, implement, and sustain continuous improvement initiatives, including CIP/KVP frameworks and shopfloor management standards
  • Standardise processes by creating and maintaining SOPs, work instructions, and operational performance standards
  • Ensure effective quality control across incoming goods, in‑process, and final inspections, including inspection planning and testing methodologies
  • Analyse quality deviations using SPC, trend, and Pareto analysis, driving corrective and preventive actions (8D, root cause analysis)
  • Manage inspection equipment and calibration processes while introducing digital solutions for quality data collection and reporting
  • Lead supplier and cross‑functional quality initiatives, including supplier audits, performance development, and support of product and process approvals

What We’re Looking For

  • 5–10 years of experience in quality management, manufacturing, process optimisation, or operational excellence environments
  • Technical or engineering background (degree or equivalent technical qualification), supported by relevant certifications (Lean, Six Sigma, ISO Auditor, etc)
  • Strong expertise in Continuous Improvement and Quality methods, including Lean, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, 8D, and Value Stream Mapping
  • Solid knowledge of quality management systems and standards (e.g. ISO 9001), including process documentation and SOP development
  • Hands‑on experience with data analysis, statistical tools, and quality reporting (Power BI or similar); familiarity with MES or digital QMS is a plus
  • Proven ability to lead improvement initiatives, facilitate workshops, and drive sustainable change across functions
