Process Improvement Manager (m/f/d) for Airbus

For our renowned customer Airbus Operations we are looking for a "Process Improvement Manager" (m/f/d) in temporary employment as soon as possible.

Your tasks:

• Moderating and supporting the definition of the communication strategy and ensuring its implementation
• Defining and creation of dashboards for key figures and assuring actuality of data
• Ensuring the visibility of the current processes, methods and tools landscape and coordinating the improvement requirement collection for a future oriented trajectory
• Moderating the stakeholder mapping and management activities
• Leading process improvement projects
• Leading lean deployment in the team (Performance Management, Practical Problem Solving)
• Leading and supporting the creation of new processes (e.g. Innovation, Strategy, Customer Feedback)
• Building strong interface with other Domains incl dedicated Governance

Your profile:

• Completed studies in the field of Industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain or a comparable qualification
• More than three years of professional experience in process improvement, quality management and stakeholder management
• More than two years of professional experience in project management
• Good knowledge of change management and lean management
• Experience in leading workshops in larger groups
• Good knowledge of SAP
• Good knowledge of German
• Very good knowledge of English
