For our headquarters in Düsseldorf we are looking for you as

TASKS WITH IMPACT

As a Process Manager, you will support our Supply Chain Management department in the operations process of E-Commerce Outbound
You will contribute to designing new processes for our end customers, with your focus on the entire outbound process
You will assist the team leadership by preparing analyses and creating presentations
You will visualize and document new processes and process adjustments.
You will conduct research in cases of process deviations and develop optimization measures
You will act as the interface contact between our logistics service provider and the relevant departments at Douglas
You will become part of our numerous exciting projects as part of our major central warehouse initiative and will take independent responsibility for optimization projects

Alongside these competencies, we’re looking for the following skills:

Completed university degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration or a comparable field
Several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally with experience working with logistics service providers
Independent, practical, and detail-oriented working style with a high level of self-motivation
Quick comprehension and strong process understanding
Interest in intralogistics processes and modern warehouse technologies
Confident handling of common MS Office programs
Good knowledge of Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
Hands‑on mentality
Strong analytical and communication skills
Willingness to travel and a class B driver’s license
