We are looking for a Process Manager to drive end‑to‑end business transformation within a regulated pharmaceutical. This role bridges business and IT, with a strong focus on process governance, quality compliance, and ERP cutover planning. Ideal for candidates experienced in BPM, GxP environments, and cross‑functional project delivery, this position supports scalable, future‑proof solutions for complex organizations.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Plan and manage cutover activities across systems, data, and processes to ensure smooth transitions during ERP and digital transformation go‑lives.
  • Define and implement robust process governance structures, including role models, documentation standards, and compliance frameworks.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end process mapping and optimization.
  • Manage cross‑divisional transformation and optimization programs, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain, and IT to ensure compliant and efficient product launches and operational transitions.
  • Oversee testing, validation (CSV), and change management activities during ERP rollouts.
  • Enable and train business stakeholders to adopt process thinking and governance models.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in process and project management within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong understanding of GxP regulations, quality management systems, and compliance in regulated environments.
  • Demonstrated expertise in business process design, governance, and optimization.
  • Hands‑on experience planning and executing ERP cutovers, including coordination of business and IT stakeholders, risk mitigation, and hypercare support.
  • Experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP (e.g., SAP QM, PP).
  • Familiarity with computer system validation (CSV), testing coordination, and change management in IT/business transformation projects.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement, cross‑functional collaboration, and organizational design.
