Global Process Owner GPO Data Salesforce HubSpot SAP

Key Responsibilities:

Data Process Ownership Governance

Define and own end to end global data processes customer master data account contact management leadtocash data flow consent preference management data enrichment etc

Establish data governance standards frameworks KPIs and compliance rules across Salesforce HubSpot and SAP

Ensure consistency and harmonization of data definitions taxonomies and hierarchies across platforms

Technology Integration Alignment

Prioritize system enhancements and ensure alignment with global data strategy

Data Quality Compliance

Govern global processes for data quality completeness accuracy duplication management

Define stewardship responsibilities and monitoring mechanisms

Ensure compliance with GDPR CCPA and other local regulations around consent and personal data usage

Change Management Adoption

Act as the global voice for data process excellence ensuring processes are adopted by local entities

Develop clear guidelines playbooks and training for markets and functions

Monitor adoption and continuously refine processes to improve user experience and efficiency

Innovation Value Creation

Identify opportunities to leverage advanced analytics AI and automation for better insights and efficiencies

Champion datadriven decision making across marketing sales service and finance

Benchmark industry best practices for enterprise data management

Qualifications Skills

Must Have

8 years of experience in Data Governance Master Data Management MDM or Process Ownership roles in large global organizations
