What you\'ll do



  • Act as a key enabler in transforming Knauf IT into a product-led organization by defining core processes and frameworks for resource management within the IT project and product portfolio

  • Establish portfolio resource management as a critical capability, serving as the link between resource management, portfolio management, talent management, and project/product management

  • Coach and mentor leaders and delivery teams to adopt and integrate the defined processes and frameworks

  • Ensure compliance and security within the established processes

  • Define key metrics to guide and enhance resource management performance, while making strategic decisions on process scope, priorities, and continuous improvement initiatives


Who you are



  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required

  • Several years of experience in roles such as Resource Manager (m/f/d), Portfolio Manager (m/f/d), Program Manager (m/f/d), or Project Manager (m/f/d)

  • Expertise in various agile frameworks, methods, and tools, including Kanban, Scrum, XP, Design Thinking, LeSS, SAFe, Flight Levels, and OKR

  • Proven experience in leading or playing a key role in transformation or organizational change initiatives

  • Strong strategic thinking, teamwork skills, persuasiveness, and the ability to inspire trust, with fluency in English and ideally proficiency in German or other additional languages

  • Willingness to travel to Knauf sites across all continents, if required
