Process & Quality Manager (m/f/d)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our internal service and operations processes, ensuring a smooth and efficient handling of all client interactions. You will act as a key interface between operations, technology, and management, ensuring smooth processes and high quality standards.

Your Role:

• Lead and manage the team responsible for ticket dispatching by reading, processing, and distributing incoming requests from clients
• Take ownership of problem resolution by coordinating with internal teams and external service providers
• Develop standard templates and communication guidelines to ensure consistent service quality
• Collaborate with tech specialists to continuously improve our AI-powered platform and drive automation initiatives
• Onboard new team members to the platform and allocate responsibilities effectively
• Work closely with management to optimize workflows and scale operations

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
• Several years of relevant work experience in real estate services and process management
• Strong understanding of operational workflows and quality assurance
• Leadership or coordination experience is a plus
• Hands-on mentality with a structured and solution-oriented working style
• Proactive communicator with a high level of ownership and reliability
• Experience working with digital platforms and process tools
• German fluency required; English proficiency is a plus
