Your mission

• You will accompany new products from the development phase through to series production.
• You will participate in D/P FMEA and risk analysis in interdisciplinary teams.
• You will supervise pre-series production and the approval process (EMP, PPAP).
• You will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring quality requirements in the manufacture of ballistic protection components.
• You will be responsible for carrying out process controls and final inspections in accordance with internal specifications and external standards.
• You will check work instructions, documentation and test plans and apply them.

Your profile

• You have successfully completed a technical degree in materials engineering, textile engineering or mechanical engineering, or have a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in quality assurance, ideally in the production of ballistic protection systems or technical textiles.
• You are confident in using measuring and testing equipment.
• You have knowledge of ballistic testing procedures and standards as well as quality methods such as FMEA, 8D, Ishikawa and SPC.
• You are characterised by a high sense of responsibility and quality awareness as well as the ability to work in a team.
• You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
• You have expertise in ERP and CAQ systems as well as common MS Office applications.
