Procurement Account Manager - Mechanical Components (m/f/d)

Within a global category team, you will be responsible for strategy development, supplier selection, and supplier management (relationship management, contracts, costs, etc.) in the field of mechanics / mechanical components.

Your Challenges as a Procurement Account Manager (m/f/d):

• You review, develop, and implement our procurement strategy in the field of mechanics.
• You are responsible for managing procurement processes within your product category.
• You create category and supplier strategies for mechanical components.
• You work closely with internal and external stakeholders at all hierarchical levels.
• You act proactively, solution-oriented, and drive continuous improvements in the supplier portfolio.

Your Profile:

• You have a completed Bachelor's or Master's degree or an equivalent qualification.
• You have 3–5 years of experience in global direct procurement within the manufacturing industry.
• You possess excellent communication and presentation skills in German and English.
• You have in-depth knowledge of the mechanical engineering industry, mechanical manufacturing technologies, and related supply chains.
