Are you ready to take purchasing to the next level? Then join our team as a Lead Buyer (m/f/x) and play an active role in shaping the future of our product group strategies. You will take on responsibility, independently carry out tenders, analyze offers, and make informed award decisions. You will identify potential savings, recognize market trends, and ensure price stability. With your negotiating skills, you will build a strong supplier portfolio and drive exciting purchasing projects forward.

Your Future Role

• Independent execution of tenders and analysis of bids, including award decisions for strategic product groups
• Support in the development, design, and implementation of product group strategies
• Identification of cost-saving potential, monitoring of price fluctuations, and ensuring price stability for assigned product groups
• Responsibility for and continuous optimization of the product group and supplier portfolio to be managed
• Organization and implementation of strategic purchasing projects
• Conducting price and quality negotiations

What You Bring to the Team

• Successfully completed degree in economics or a comparable qualification; several years of professional experience in purchasing, ideally as a strategic purchaser (m/f/x)
• Knowledge of conducting tenders and inquiries
• Knowledge in cost and price structure analysis with strong analytical skills and cost awareness
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
