Job Description

Collaborating with multiple operational, financial, and project‑management stakeholders to drive program schedule and quality targets under high exposure to mid and top management. This position is responsible for all operational aspects of the product, including capacity readiness, production quality, sourcing & supply chain, finance gross margin, cost monitoring, and PPV.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with all operation functions on program objectives and deliverables.
• Perform detailed cost analysis to assure best cost solutions, managing gross margin, PPV, and cost monitoring.
• Monitor supplier selection, sourcing, and commercial performance (e.g., MCOS, Opex, LT, PPV, responsiveness).
• Drive supply chain efficiency and excellence.
• Present program status and recommendations to mid and top management.

Skills and Experience

• Relevant project/program management knowledge; industrial engineering BSc is an advantage.
• Basic financial and business knowledge is an advantage.
• 5+ years’ experience in strategic supplier management.
• Strong commercial orientation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience leading cross‑organization projects and demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Good communication skills in Hebrew and English.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
