As an Analyst in the Procurement & Recommerce team, you play a central role in optimizing our purchasing and resale processes through data‑driven decision‑making. You support the team with accurate data maintenance, impactful analysis, and reliable reporting. Acting as a key interface between operational workflows, customer management, and strategic decision‑making, you ensure that processes run smoothly and insights lead to measurable improvements.

What you’ll do

Data Management: Maintain, clean, and validate customer databases to ensure high‑quality data for reliable decision‑making.
Invoicing: Accurately issue invoices in compliance with all relevant tax regulations.
Customer Management Support: Handle customer inquiries using Salesforce and support daily client communication.
Device Checks & Reporting: Perform MDM (Mobile Device Management) and FMI (Find My iPhone) checks and prepare structured reports based on the results.
Sales Monitoring: Track and analyze product resale performance in the B2C segment to identify improvement opportunities.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Conduct detailed data analyses across procurement and recommerce activities (both purchasing and resale), using tools like Google Sheets and Excel (incl. VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
Error Analysis: Detect, analyze, and follow up on data inconsistencies and process anomalies.
Visualization & Presentation: Prepare complex information in the form of clear presentations and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll need

First experience in a structured operational or administrative environment, ideally involving data management, reporting, or process handling.
Exceptional attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in working with complex data.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain focus.
A proactive, hands‑on attitude and a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace, with very good skills in Google Sheets.
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, BigQuery – a plus).
Fast learner with a comprehensive understanding of operational processes and how they interconnect.
A structured, process‑driven mindset with flexibility to adapt in a constantly evolving environment.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
Fluency in English (min. C1).
