Producer (D/F/M)

Jung von Matt MUSIC is looking for an experienced Producer (d/f/m) for Film & Music / Creative projects.

You are the central interface between our Executive Producer and partners such as young and established agencies, film productions, and artists/voice talents. You are responsible for seamless communication, project organization, and the implementation of all audio-related content within our campaigns. You combine creative understanding with organizational skill to ensure that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and at the highest quality level.

Responsibilities

• Project Coordination: Managing audio projects from briefing to final delivery.
• Interface: Close collaboration with Executive Producer, directors, consultants, film productions, music composers, and voice talents.
• Communication: Translating customer requirements and strategic goals into clear briefings and workflows.
• Budget & Timing: Responsible for calculation, obtaining quotes, cost control, and on‑time project delivery.
• Quality Assurance: Ensuring that delivered audio content meets the highest creative, technical, and brand‑specific standards.
• Creative Support: Participating in pitches, brainstorming sessions, and musical concept development.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in audio production, commercial film production, or an advertising agency as a producer.
• Organized, structured way of working with a high degree of initiative.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with budgeting, project management tools, and production workflows.
• Confident in German and English, both written and spoken.
