What you will do

Conduct exploratory analyses to uncover actionable product insights and opportunities from our existing data.
Independently lead full-cycle analytical projects from scoping problems from stakeholders requirements to initiating data collection (if needed) with data engineers and developers and delivering actionable outcomes such as Tableau dashboards, in-depth product research reports and evaluation of changes from the experiment (without A/B testing).
Foster a data‑driven culture by training and advising product teams on data‑informed decisions experiments set up designing metrics (product learning KPIs).

Requirements

3 years experience in the role of data / product analyst.
Ability to choose an appropriate statistical test and conduct statistical research.
Experience independently analyzing data and generating hypotheses / insights using industry‑standard analytics tools (i.e. SQL, Python).
Strong data communication and interpretation skills including designing dashboards (i.e. Tableau) and presenting complex data insights to non‑technical stakeholders.
Upper‑intermediate (B2) English level.
