Key responsibilities

Lead initiatives in digital banking, cloud‑native solutions, and enterprise software integration
Utilize Thought Machine to design, implement, and optimize innovative banking products and integrations
Translating complex requirements into successful deployments that meet operational and customer needs
Oversee integration projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and compliance throughout the lifecycle
Deliver products and platforms that enhance user experience and drive measurable business outcomes

Job requirements

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience in financial services and core banking platforms (e.g., Thought Machine)
Strong expertise in Integration & API Architecture, including design and implementation of integrations, microservices, and middleware
Proven ability in Agile Delivery & Stakeholder Engagement, including requirement analysis, workshops, and managing projects using agile methodologies
Proficiency in Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and experience with quality assurance, testing automation, and technical documentation
Relevant certifications such as Agile Scrum Master, Cloud Architecture, or API Design are preferred
