The Bundesanstalt für Immobilienaufgaben (BImA) is the federal government’s real estate company, which supports the real estate policy objectives of the federal government and provides the necessary land and buildings for almost all federal authorities. Accordingly, we are represented throughout Germany with over 7,000 employees and take care of a very broad and diverse real estate portfolio as well as the ecological use and maintenance of natural areas of the federal government.

Our employees are at the heart of the Organization and Human Resources division. With a focus on organizational development, change, recruiting and development, we support BImA’s organizational units in a creative and advisory capacity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and support the implementation of roles and authorizations in the eFile and other IT processes in the Organization and HR division.
  • Design and implement the interfaces between the eFile and other systems of the Federal Agency.
  • Analyze the needs of various specialist divisions and develop product concepts.
  • Support product owners in the strategic and operational implementation of products.
  • Design product features, user stories and UI/UX, and support implementation together with the IT division and development team in a scrum setup.
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders involved in product development and ensure the product/project goal is achieved, including risk management.
  • Create, manage and assure the quality of project plans and documentation.
  • Prepare and follow up on workshops and meetings and ensure completion of defined tasks.
  • Develop and implement communication plans and change management concepts.

Qualifications

  • Relevant university degree (Diplom FH/ Bachelor) in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or equivalent expertise.
  • In-depth knowledge of business process management and process modeling.
  • Solid knowledge of project management and previous project experience.
  • Good knowledge of organizational and personnel management processes.
  • In-depth knowledge and experience of eFile system components and SAP Solution Manager.
  • Very good knowledge of standard IT applications (MS Office) and project management software (JIRA, MS Project).
  • Thorough and careful way of working with high reliability.
  • Good organizational skills and ability to think economically.
  • Independent, goal-oriented work style, even with increased workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong communication abilities.
  • Team work ability and social competence.
