Who we're looking for

A
late Co-Founder
with a strong background in
product development
, who also understands the
business side of startups
.

You should:

• Have built and shipped products before (startup experience strongly preferred)
• Think in
  systems
  , not features
• Understand users, incentives, and early traction
• Be comfortable operating in uncertainty
• Care about
  long-term impact
  , not short-term hype

Compensation & setup (important)

• This role is equity-based only
• No salary at this stage
• You receive
  real ownership
  as a co-founder
• Long-term responsibility and upside — aligned with the company's success
