Role Summary

As a data expert, you take functional ownership of our recommendation system, ensuring customers receive relevant, personalised offers while restaurants grow measurably. You collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape complexity into clear, actionable decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop models , scoring logic , and A/B tests to enhance the recommendation system.
• Ensure relevant, personalised recommendations across all channels.
• Analyse and improve marketing & lifecycle automation performance .
• Drive prioritisation and clarity between Product, Marketing & Engineering.
• Build insights, dashboards, and reports in Metabase.
• Maintain reliable metrics and high-quality datasets .

Must-Have Requirements

• Several years in Data Analytics (preferably B2C , e-commerce, or recommendation systems ).
• Experience with pricing , offer logic , and customer behaviour analysis .
• Ability to transform whipping requisiteto from vag bruge into clear data models .
• Solid skills in A/B testing , statistics , ML basics, and experiment design .
• Strength in problem-structuring and impact-focused prioritisation .

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Experience with modern data stack tools: Airflow, dbt, Metabase, Data Warehouse environments .
• Background in marketing analytics or behavioural data .
• Familiarity with recommender systems and large-scale personalisation .
